Welcome to Domain Locker, a domain management tool provided by AS93.net of London, UK, created by Alicia Sykes. By using Domain Locker, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please refrain from using the app.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

Users must create an account to use Domain Locker.
The service is intended for individuals aged 13 and older. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Domain Locker for its intended purpose: managing your domain portfolio. The following activities are prohibited:

Engaging in illegal, immoral, or harmful activities.
Attempting to abuse, exploit, or bypass system safeguards.
Penetration testing or reverse engineering without permission.
Using the service for purposes unrelated to domain management.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts found in violation of these terms.

3. Free and Paid Plans

Domain Locker offers both free and paid subscription plans:

Payments: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe, based on the user's preference.
Refund Policy: If you are dissatisfied, you can request a refund within 30 days of payment. Refunds will include account closure and deletion of all associated data.
Demo Availability: A demo is available to help users determine if Domain Locker meets their needs before subscribing.
Cancellation: Users can cancel their subscription at any time without penalty.

4. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.98%-100% uptime and maintain a strong track record. However:

Occasional downtime due to factors beyond our control may occur.
Domain Locker is provided "as is," without warranty of uninterrupted service or guaranteed functionality.

5. Intellectual Property

Domain Locker’s source code is published under the MIT License and is open source.
Logos and icons are licensed under fair use and may not be used for commercial purposes without permission.
Users may not use Domain Locker’s code or assets to create a chargeable, competing service.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms. If your account is terminated:

We will provide an export of your data upon request before deletion.
Refunds may be issued depending on the circumstances of termination.

7. Third-Party Services

Domain Locker integrates with the following third-party services:

Stripe: Payment processing.
Supabase: Authentication and backend services.
Cloudflare: Hosting and performance optimization.

These third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies, which you are encouraged to review.

8. Updates to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Notifications of updates will be provided via the Domain Locker website. Continued use of the service after updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from the use of Domain Locker will be resolved in accordance with UK law.
